Melanie is not only a highly seasoned and skilled editor, she is also the award-winning author of Living the Dream: A Guidebook for Job Seekers and Career Explorers and the publisher and editor of Radar Rhythm. She has been a contributing writer to publications and a magazine coeditor. These days, you will find Melanie exercising her writing/editing muscles most often through freelance editing and writing for others.
 

Melanie holds both a BA and an MA, has more certifications than she wants to list, and has worked in the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. She is also a practicing shaman and an intuitive. Some of her authors even suspect that her adeptness at navigating energy and applying universal principles have been as critical to their projects as her writing/editing expertise. 
 

Collegiality is important to Melanie because one of her fundamental beliefs is that we are all in this together. She is currently on the board of the Colorado Independent Publishers Association and is a member of Boulder Editors, Boulder Media Women, and Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers.
